The worst stay experience. I stayed in this hotel for five days. I checked out at 9:20 this morning. When I walked downstairs, I found that I had forgotten my Arc'teryx jacket worth 4,000 yuan in the closet of room 3305. I borrowed a card from the front desk to get it.
