"we got the corner sofa room, very spacious with 2 queen beds next to each other, very good with my 2 kids together. location was very nice, we drove and there are a few parking areas behind the hotel which was convinent. but they dont clean the room for you or enter the room at all so its good for insecure guest i guess. towel not changing was a problem for my wife...."

"the room we booked was a little narrow for us (2adults&1toddler) but we still managed to sleep together in a double-sized bed. They have ALL THE BASIC AMENITIES: shampoo, conditioner, body soap, towels, toothbrushes/paste, and tissue. Appliances included in our room were the air purifier/filter, air conditioner, tv, hair dryer, and super mini-fridge. THAT's ALL. IF YOU LOOK FOR OR NEED hair ties/ razor/ hair brush/ cotton&buds/ lotion/ face wash/ bathing towel/ hotel pajamas, BRING FOR YOURSELF. they don't have these free amenities. overall, our stay is peacefully good and well-enough. the price is cheap so we don't expect too much and is worth our stay.❤️"

We 3 people got a room with a bunk bed. The toilet and bathroom is designed for disabled people in which you may put a wheelchair for shower. The disadvantage is that when we take shower in the bathtub, the water splashes out to make half of the toilet wet. Others are fine. The toothbrush sets can be taken in the counter. We took a breakfast in the hotel on the final day. Taste ok and the dinner table surrounded by the books is excellent. Many local people are there!"

"Stayed for 3 nights with 2 kids, the hotel had children amenities provided upon check-in and this made the kids felt welcoming. Hotel is located at around 5-min walk from Hakata Station, yet it is not along the Main Street which feels like enjoying the proximity to train station but with a quiet neighborhood around."

"A slightly aged hotel, but still very functional, spacious and comfortable. Our plan also included the access to the GRAND CLUB whole day, which provides breakfast, refreshments during the day, and all kinds of wine paired with a good collection of food at night at their cocktail hour. And yes all the food in breakfast and at the cocktail hour were great. The location is fine, though you do need to travel back to hakata station or tenjin station depending on your itinerary"
